Treasure hunt...we're off to find the gold at the end of the rainbow!
Now for the best part.....every year on St. Patrick's Day we celebrate by eating an Irish dish of some kind. It's a great way to try new food and celebrate one of our favorite holidays! This year we made Potato soup, in honor of the great potato famine in 1845 in Ireland. Now tell me, what potato soup wouldn't be complete without yummy green biscuits on St. Patty's day?
