J and S just got back from a special day out together in Provo. S is proudly showing off his new pair of Nike's that he picked out all on his own. Looks like they had a lot of fun!
While in Provo, S picked out a new pair of boxing gloves for he and D to have some fun with.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Here are the kids before school eating their green pancakes and hot chocolate with green whip cream...mmmm!
S really enjoyed it!
I don't know if D had more fun getting it all over him or actually eating it?
L loved it too!
D showing off the new collar and tags M got for St. Patricks day!
S really liked his new shirt that made him feel super Lucky today!
D's shirt says, "Irish girls love me." He particularly liked this shirt because he thought that maybe for at least one day, the girls at school would leave him alone if they read this....not a chance! If you look closely, you'll also notice that he has a mouth full of brocolli, he thought this was really cool because it made him look like he had green teeth for St. Patricks day!
J and L
D being so sweet!
S is about to appear in his school play...he's really excited!
D and L trying to help him shake any pre-stage gitters.
Just seconds away from the play ready to begin....
S in his school play, "Voices from the dust." He is 2nd to the right. Kinda hard to see him, but he did a great job and had a lot of fun! Later in the play he also starred as a dead warrior in the battle scene. He says he loved being on stage!

S got his Wolf Badge in Cub Scouts this week! This was a huge achievement for him! He worked really hard over this last year to earn it...We couldn't be more proud of him! S also earned his popcorn badge for fundraising and 1 gold and 6 silver stars in electives!

The theme for this years Blue and Gold Banquet for the Scouts was the "Chinese New Year." S is very proud of the hat he made.
L thought the chopsticks made better swords than eating utensils.

D loved the Chinese food!

S and D are listening to the instructions on how to play Chinese Hopscotch. Later they were partners, racing each other in the game. D had a hard time picking it up and not landing on the chopsticks, while hopping on one foot, so he kept starting over. I went over to help him, but he didn't want me to help because "that would be cheating." It took him a while to get it down and nobody else in his team got a chance to race, but he was determined to get it right on his own before he would move on...He later got a special award that night for honesty.

D and L waiting for S after a long night of eating too much Chinese food and playing lots of fun games.

L loves to play dress up any chance she gets! Todays she is a little ballerina.
L as a Pirate!

L as a Fairy!
Uncle B gave this dress to L. It's from one of his shows, and it's one of her favorites! Thanks Uncle B!
